比如第一個時間點：12.31是year end ，第二個節(jié)點：4.1是sign audit report，第三個節(jié)點4.6是issue finance statement，第四個節(jié)點：講義上這個FS approved by members是什么時候呢？=AGM嗎？（題中的shareholder’s approval 應(yīng)該就是指第四個節(jié)點嗎？）。第二個問：書上講義上寫的passive duty是從auditor sign report到issue FS，但是畫圖又包含了從issue FS到AGM，到底是哪個時間呢？ 第三個問題：講義上勾出的那段話，however，if a fact becomes known to the auditor had it been known to the auditor at the date of auditor's report may have cuased he to amend...，重點在那個at the date of auditior report意思是說審計師在簽字之前知道了這件事才有可能修改；簽字后知道了會不會改呢？ 我記得很多題說簽字后與管理層商量也可以改，就是重新發(fā)一份NEW audit report 。講義是寫錯了嗎？

這個（5）里答案里的allowance 乘了8000/12000不知道是什么比例？ 然后這不是8個月的會計期嗎 為啥是8/12呢 不該是motor全部用于該會計期就全部allowance了嗎。謝謝老師啦

老師，為什么購買新的固定資產(chǎn)會使capital employed上升，計算asset turnover的時候。 詐一想是新買的固定資產(chǎn)價值高于舊的固定資產(chǎn)，可買固定資產(chǎn)不就是資產(chǎn)內(nèi)部一增一減，這個舉動本身不影響capital employed啊？反而舊資產(chǎn)還有點價值的話處理掉了capital employed下降了。 我理解capital employed就是net assets
