老師我想問(wèn)一下這里的c問(wèn)，答案是the partnership is liable to pay the bill because Viv has actual authority to bind XNM.為什么這里還是actual authority呀？題目不是說(shuō)是outside the partnership才有這項(xiàng)權(quán)利嘛？
